Slow sites lose customers and rank lower, and performance cannot be retrofitted cheaply. We server-render above-the-fold content, budget JavaScript deliberately, and measure Core Web Vitals in CI — so a regression fails the build rather than the quarter.
Accessibility is not optional
Semantic markup, keyboard navigation, visible focus, and contrast that passes WCAG AA. It is the right thing to do, it is legally required in several of our markets, and it makes the product better for everyone.
