What we collect
Through this website we collect only what you submit: the contents of the contact form, newsletter subscriptions, and job applications including any document you attach. We also collect aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess your job application, and to send you the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months. Applications are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, where you consent, for 12 months afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@tookli.com and we will respond within the period your jurisdiction requires.
