Turn fragmented tools and manual workarounds into a streamlined digital operational layer

Most enterprises do not suffer from a lack of tools — they suffer from disconnected data and legacy workflows holding their teams back.

An EIM audit answers three questions that are usually argued about rather than measured: where your operational data actually stops moving, which of your internal tools are worth keeping, and what it would genuinely cost to fix the gap between them.

The output is a document your team can act on without us.

The problem

The tools were never the problem

Procurement solved the tooling question years ago. What is left is the gap between the tools: the export that becomes an import, the spreadsheet that reconciles two systems that do not speak, the approval that happens in an inbox. Nobody owns that gap, so it never appears on a roadmap — it just quietly costs a few hours a week in every department.

Our approach

Diagnose before prescribing

We do not start by recommending software. We start by following your data across the departments it actually travels through, and timing the places it stops. The output is a costed decision document, not a vendor shortlist — and it is yours whether or not you build anything with us.

What we build

Capabilities

  • Workflow & Bottleneck Mapping

We map end-to-end data pathways across your departments to locate manual handoffs, spreadsheet dependency and operational lag.

  • Tooling & App Stack Rationalization

We audit existing internal software and legacy tools to give clear recommendations: refactor, integrate via API, or build a custom replacement.

  • Data Governance & Integration Health

We inspect data pipelines, role-based access controls and repository structures so your information is secure, searchable and ready for AI use.

  • Modernization & Automation Roadmap

We deliver a costed, prioritized engineering roadmap detailing specific tools, custom app specifications and the automation targets with the clearest return.

How we work

Delivery process

  1. 01

    Week 1 — Trace

Interviews with the people who actually run the process, plus read-only access to the systems involved. We follow a handful of real records end to end rather than relying on how the process is documented.

  2. 02

    Week 2 — Measure

We quantify the bottlenecks found: how often, how long, how many people, what it costs when it goes wrong. A bottleneck without a number cannot be prioritized against anything else.

  3. 03

Week 3 — Cost and sequence

Each recommendation is sized, sequenced by return against effort, and written up with the alternatives we rejected. We present it to your team and leave the document with you.

Security and reliability

How we keep it safe and accountable

Engineering practices, not certifications. TOOKLI holds no security certifications and does not claim any.

  • Read-only by default

The audit needs to see your systems, not change them. We work from read-only access and a signed NDA, and we name every system we touch in the final report.

  • No vendor commissions

We take no referral fees from any tool we recommend. Where an off-the-shelf product beats building something, we say so — including when that means we build less.

  • Yours to act on alone

The roadmap is written so another engineering team could execute it. Engaging us for the build is a separate decision, made after you have the document.

What we deliver

  • Process & data flow topology map, as-is versus to-be
  • App stack assessment matrix — keep, upgrade or replace, with the reasoning for each
  • Prioritized engineering roadmap with estimated development timeline and expected return
  • A written record of every trade-off considered and rejected
